Meet The Creator
Maciej Czerwiński is a dentist, lecturer, and founder of The Good Dentist clinic in Toruń, Poland. From the very beginning of his career, he was passionate about restorative dentistry and prosthodontics. Ironically, restorative dentistry was also the field that caused him the greatest frustration early on. The lack of predictability and everyday clinical struggles almost made him quit dentistry completely.
Everything changed when he started working under the microscope and searching for practical solutions to real clinical problems. Rubber dam isolation, magnification, and workflow optimization completely transformed the way he practiced dentistry.
Over the years, Maciej developed his own systems and techniques designed to make restorative dentistry more predictable, efficient, and stress-free. One of them is TeflonFloss — an innovative matrix adaptation technique using custom-made Teflon wedges. Based on years of successes, failures, and clinical experience, he created the Success Stairs concept — a predictable restorative workflow that guides dentists step by step through the entire restorative procedure.
